Building Construction Company Uganda is a registered construction company based in Kampala. We build houses, commercial and industrial buildings, and we offer roofing, general contracting, design and build, construction management and civil engineering across Uganda.
Who we are
We are Building Construction Company Uganda, a company registered in Uganda with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB). The company is run by founders with 20+ years of construction experience. Our office is at Uganda House, Kampala Road, Kampala, and we take on projects across Uganda.

How we work: our process
Every project is different, but we follow the same sequence so that you always know what happens next and what is being decided.
- Brief. You tell us what you want to build, where, how big, and what stage you are at. You can use the quote form, call or WhatsApp +256 791 793805.
- Site visit and discussion. We review your request, talk through your plans and visit the site where needed to see the plot, access, ground and any constraints.
- Design and approvals. If you have drawings, we work from them. If not, our design and build service covers the design. Drawings go to the local authority for approval before building starts. See our guide to building plan approval in Uganda.
- Bill of quantities and quotation. We price the work item by item in a bill of quantities, so you can see what the price covers. The quotation is free and carries no obligation.
- Contract. The scope, price, payment stages and programme are written into a construction contract before work begins.
- Build in stages. We build in stages, from site preparation and foundations through the structure, roof and services to finishes, with supervision on site. Read the construction process in Uganda stage by stage.
- Inspection and handover. Before handover we walk through the finished work with you, list anything that needs correcting and hand over the completed building.
Registration
Building Construction Company Uganda is registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), the national registry of companies in Uganda. Registration means the company exists as a legal entity on the public record.
Registration is the first check, not the only one. We encourage every owner to look up the registration of any company they hire, ask to see finished work, and insist on a written contract. Our guide on how to choose a construction company in Uganda explains each step.
